No one is refused services due to inability to pay.

    Patient Portal

The Kingman County Health Department is excited to provide an electronic medical management program that will help boost efficient healthcare service delivery. This system, AthenaHealth, includes improved communication between Health Department clients and staff through the AthenaHealth Online Patient Portal.

Once a client creates an account and receives a password, that person will be able to contact KCHD anytime and will be able to:
    • Change address or contact information
    • Leave messages for KCHD staff
    • Request medication refills
    • Schedule or change appointments
    • View testing results
Client satisfaction increases when concerns are addressed as they arise.
